Avocado Mandarin Tossed Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 12 cup green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 13 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups torn salad greens
  • 1 medium ripe avocado (peeled and sliced)
  • 14 cup fat free Italian dressing

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oranges, onion, pecans and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the greens in a salad bowl.
  4. Top with orange mixture and avocado slices.
  5. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
