Apple Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples
  • 12 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 14 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 12 cup rasins
  • 14 cup walnuts (chopped (optional))

Directions

  1. Wash, core, and dice the apples.
  2. Place the apples in a large mixing bowl with the orange juice and mix well.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the apples and toss gently.
