Lemon Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • Zest 1 lemon
  • 14 tsp nutmeg (or cumin)
  • 12 tsp salt

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add rice to boiling water and stir frequently.
  3. The type of rice you used will determine how long it takes to cook. When rice is almost ready but still very moist, add in lemon zest, nutmeg and salt.
