Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 14.75 ounce can reduced-sodium salmon (drained and flaked)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 cup egg substitute (or can use one raw egg)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 14 cup shredded, (reduced-fat cheddar cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or shredded, (for coating)
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine salmon, lemon juice, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix well.
  2. Shape into four large patties.
  3. Dust lightly with parmesan cheese.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes.
  5. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side of the patty.
