Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 13 cup diced cucumber
  • 12 lb cooked, diced pork tenderloin
  • 14 cup dried cranberries
  • 14 cup cilantro
  • 12 cup diced nectarines
  • 14 cup sliced red onion
  • 14 cup roasted, glazed pecan pieces
  • 1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients and mix well. Top with your favorite dressing.
