Ingredients

  • 4 Lrg Vine Ripen Tomatoes chopped and seeded
  • 4 Cucumber peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can olives drained and sliced
  • 5 sprigs fresh oregano chopped finely
  • 2 can garbanzo beans drained
  • salt
  • ground black pepper fresh
  • Italian sesoning to taste
  • 2 lemon juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 onion

Directions

  1. Mix all fresh ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Season with spices
  3. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil
  4. Mix exceptionally well
  5. Store in a air tight container for up to 5 days
