Mango Lime Salsa!

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos diced, not too ripe
  • 3 Lrg Tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 Jalapeno seeded and minced
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • Cilantro To taste
  • Lime juice only
  • 12 Red Onion diced
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil Extra Virgen
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Avocado Pitted and Diced

Directions

  1. Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients, but not the avocado just yet!
  3. Add the Avocado to individual servings.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 5 days in a sealed container!
