Sweet Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

  • 20 ounce crushed pineapple in juice
  • 10 ounce fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 ounce package instant pistachio pudding mix (sugar and fat free mix)
  • 10 ounce can mandarin oranges in juice

Directions

  1. Wash hands and clean cooking area.
  2. Be sure to clean the tops of canned food items before opening.
  3. Mix pineapple and pudding mix in a large bowl.
  4. Add whipped topping and stir until well incoporated
  5. Add in mandarin oranges.
  6. Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
